Dalat is located in the south central highlands of Vietnam. Known unofficially as The City of Eternal Spring, Dalat also lays claim to the title of Le Petit Paris. A scaled down version of the Eiffel Tower emerging from the city centre adds a certain Parisian feel, however it is the natural beauty of  Xuan Huong Lake and the numerous examples of European inspired architecture and wide city streets that are really the centerpiece of this gorgeously romantic seductive city of 192,441 inhabitants.

The area sits at an altitude of 1500 meters above sea level and has rolling mountainous with pine trees, Dalat became the summer hill-station retreat for royalty and high society in the 1920's when it was discovered  by Louis Pasteur and developed by Emperor Bao Dai.

Group barbeques or dinners also provide a breathtaking twist in a private dining room or in villa garden, particularly if travelling with friends and families, or getting away for a small group meeting. Join Dalat’s renowned chef from Ana Mandara Dalat for an introduction to Vietnamese cooking, in a two hour cooking class. The Chef will help you master local cuisine and products to impress your friends back home. Book in for a cooking class to go on a culinary discovery through Vietnam. Cooking Classes are held around 11:00 am at Courtyard or by the Pool which takes an hour to prepare, after which you can sit down to the feast you just cooked up. Book yourself in for a treat by having dinner in our wine cellar in the attic. The cellar sets up an evening for a very intimate experience as the lighting and the surrounds set the tone for that special occasion or for a private dinner with a few friends
