In-Villa Dining is by prior arrangement – either as a formal set dinner or as a more relaxed open barbeque - are both unique features of our service. As each villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen, we can easily arrange romantic candlelit dinners in the Villa Dining room or set on your own private balcony.

Group barbeques or dinners also provide a breathtaking twist in a private dining room or in villa garden, particularly if travelling with friends and families, or getting away for a small group meeting.

Bar Nine
Come over to Bar Nice after a hard day discovering the town. Choose from a wide selection of appetites, spirits or wines. Located near the restaurant, Bar Nine is the perfect place to finish or start the evening.

By the pool, we offer an extensive cocktail list and snack menu, as you lounge on the pool on the glorious sunny Dalat days.
Wine cellar
Book yourself in for a treat by having dinner in our wine cellar in the attic. The cellar sets up an evening for a very intimate experience as the lighting and the surrounds set the tone for that special occasion or for a private dinner with a few friends.
Cooking class
Book in for a cooking class to go on a culinary discovery through Vietnam. Classes are held around 11am which takes an hour to prepare, after which you can sit down to the feast you just cooked up.
